Slow Cooker BBQ Beef

Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 lbs of Lean chuck roast ( I use bottom round either will work)
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

Preparation:

1.  I cut the roast up in quarters and trim excess fat off and place in the cooker
2.  Combine rest of the ingredients and mix
3.  Pour over roast.
4.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs
5.  With a half hour remaining pull out beef and shred then replace in stir
6.  Grab the hamburger buns and you are ready

Works also good with a pork roast .
