Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Ingredients;

2 Full size carrots sliced
2c Water
2 Chicken Boullion cubes
2 Cans of chicken broth
1/2c Sliced onion
1/2c flour
2c half and half
1lb Velveeta cheese
Head of cauliflower cut up

Directions;

Simmer in pot; veggies,boullion cubes, in water with the chicken broth for 15 min.
Whisk half and half and flour together and blend with the veggies
Cut the cheese into small pieces and add them to the soup. Continue mixing until melted.

Caution!!! Make sure to keep stirring or cheese will burn on bottom of pot.

Once the cheese is melted you can simmer it or turn it off and serve.
